What take you tried then far? - emailed DJI support- they said to launch DJI banana 2- which i dont have. They told me how to download information technology from their website- which didnt work considering im using a mac. Mac wont allow download of software that is not from the App shop. Has anyone done this Successfully and if so how?
What device are yous using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? -using both iPad and iPhone
What firmware are yous running ( aircraft, remote controller)? - whatsoever came with it
What Become app version are you using?- DJI Become iv
Any modification? (if so what)- no
Did you lot change anything or install whatsoever apps? (if and then what)- no
Download it. Open it.
When you lot get the message almost security, do This
> Apple Symbol in upper left > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Let apps downloaded from. (you may need to unlock the lock symbol beneath)
Select DJI Assistant and stop the install
Try downloading with Safari instead of Chrome.
Is your firewall on or off?

If you use a Mac, yous might want to go with a drone other than DJI. Though if youre reading this you already own i ?
I take now logged more hours trying to solve the problem than i have flying the Mavic Air. They go on trying to tell. me its a problem with the Catalina operating system- which i am not using.

I have finally downloaded both the app and the commuter. The app is installed, but I can't install the driver. Their instructions tell me to practice some thing that the programme won't permit me do which is enter my password.

Can you post a screen shot?
It should be asking for your admin password to allow the commuter to install. Why are you saying it won't let enter your password? Wrong password, greyed out option?
I believe this was brought up in some other thread. I believe you can ignore installing the driver.

Tin can you post a screen shot?
It should be asking for your admin countersign to allow the driver to install. Why are yous maxim it won't allow enter your password? Wrong password, greyed out option?
This looks similar to what I had in Sierra. I only dismissed the windows and mine worked okay.
Did yous manage to get the install to work in the end?
